Businesses invited to sponsor star-studded Warrington charity concert

Businesses across Warrington are being invited to put their brand centre stage by sponsoring a major live music event that will raise vital funds for national health and social care charity Making Space.

Retro Party Live will take place at Parr Hall on Thursday, October 29, bringing together a star-studded line-up led by internationally acclaimed ABBA tribute sensation Björn Again, alongside Eurovision winner Katrina and legendary DJ and television presenter Pat Sharp. Organisers are expecting the 1,100-capacity venue to sell out for what promises to be one of the town's biggest entertainment events of the year.

Making Space is now seeking a small number of corporate partners to support the event, offering businesses a unique opportunity to combine high-profile brand exposure with meaningful community impact. The charity says sponsoring the event will allow companies to reach audiences from across the region while demonstrating their commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Three sponsorship levels are available. A headline sponsorship package, priced at £5,000, includes VIP tickets, a meet and greet with Pat Sharp and Katrina, on-stage branding, a full-page programme advert, media exposure and social media promotion. Three corporate sponsorship packages are available at £2,500, while four programme sponsorship opportunities are available for £500, giving businesses of all sizes the chance to be involved.

Funds raised through sponsorship will support Making Space's life-changing services, which include mental health and wellbeing support, dementia and carers' services, supported living, care homes and specialist health and social care provision. The charity has been helping people live independent, fulfilling lives since 1982 and holds the Bronze Social Value Quality Mark in recognition of its commitment to delivering positive community impact.
